What we collect

When you submit our quote form or text/call us, we collect: your name, phone number, email (if provided), property address, and the project details you send us. That's it.

How we use it

We use your contact info only to:

• Quote your project and schedule a walkthrough
• Communicate about the work (texts, calls, emails)
• Send invoices and payment confirmations

We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside of Versa Property Management. We don't run ads to you. We don't add you to a mailing list without permission.

Texts & calls

By submitting our form or texting us, you agree we may contact you about your project via call or text. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can stop texts any time by replying STOP.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses minimal analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We don't track you across other sites. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention

We keep project records (quotes, invoices, messages) for as long as necessary for tax and warranty purposes — typically 7 years for invoices, 30 days for messages from leads who didn't hire us.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what info we have on file
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your records (where we're not legally required to keep them)
