If you're juggling three contractors for paint, trim, and a bathroom freshen-up, Versa is the single phone call that gets it all coordinated. We handle what we're qualified to do directly and bring in licensed trades (electrical, plumbing) when the project requires them.
What's included.
- Interior + exterior painting — primer, finish, cut-in, trim
- Drywall patch + repair, light texture work
- Trim + finish carpentry — baseboards, casing, crown
- Exterior repair — siding patches, gutter rehang, deck repair (separate page)

- Punch-list cleanup work — the small stuff that other contractors leave
How we work.
1. Walk the project.
Cameron walks the project with you — what you want done, what your budget is, what the realistic scope looks like.
2. Written scope + number.
You get a flat written number and a clear scope. If we don't handle something directly, we tell you who we'd bring in.
3. Build, with check-ins.
Crew on site, real progress every visit. Photo updates if you're not on the property.
4. Walk + warranty.
Final walkthrough together. Anything that needs touch-up gets touched up.
